TechSmith's Camtasia is an editor for screen recordings and tutorials, on Windows 10 and 11 and macOS 14 or later. TechSmith's support article says the editor can be used free with no time limit, with a watermark on exports. A marketing page mentions a 3-day trial, so the pages conflict.

Starter is INR 1,599 a year and its editor is watermarked. Essentials is INR 7,399 and adds text-based editing, automatic filler-word removal and unlimited captions. Create is INR 9,999 and adds AI script generation and voiceover. Pro is INR 28,200 and adds AI avatars, dubbing and 100M+ stock assets (checked 3 Nov 2026).

## Descript

Edits video by editing its transcript. Hobbyist lists Remove Filler Words and Studio Sound. Hindi transcription is marked Beta. Free gives 1 media hour a month with 720p export and a watermark.
