Revealbot is now called Birch, and the main Revealbot alternatives are Madgicx, Optmyzr and AdEspresso, plus Meta's free automated rules. Birch Pro, the plan with automated rules, lists $99 a month at up to $10,000 of monthly ad spend (checked 2026-10-20).

## What Birch (Revealbot) does well, and why teams look elsewhere

Birch's pricing page reads "Birch (formerly Revealbot)". It connects Meta, Google, Snapchat and TikTok ad accounts. Pro adds automated rules and strategies, Explorer, Launcher, custom metrics and more integrations, such as Google Sheets and Hyros. The Essential plan leaves out automated rules. There is a 14-day free trial.

Price follows your monthly ad spend across every connected account. If you pass your tier, Birch bills an extra fee. Teams look elsewhere when the price climbs with spend, or when they want depth on one platform.

Here is what an automated rule does. Say your break-even cost per purchase is INR 600 ([how to find your break-even](/glossary/break-even-roas)). You could set a rule: if an ad set spends INR 1,800 with no purchase, turn it off. Read [how to know when to turn off an ad](/guides/how-to-know-when-to-kill-an-ad) before you set the numbers.

## Madgicx

Describes itself as an AI platform for Meta ads management. Its price depends on your monthly ad spend and is shown inside the app. It has a 7-day free trial. See [Madgicx compared](/compare/madgicx).

## Optmyzr

A PPC toolkit that supports Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Meta, LinkedIn and Yahoo! Japan ads. It starts at $209 a month with annual billing ($299 billed monthly), and the price depends on your ad spend. The 14-day free trial needs no card. Good if Google Ads is your main channel.

## AdEspresso

Starter is $49 a month with a $1,000 monthly spend limit. Plus is $99 a month with unlimited spend. Every plan includes automatic optimization and custom performance triggers for Facebook and Instagram campaigns. See [AdEspresso alternatives](/alternatives/adespresso-alternatives).

## Meta automated rules

Free inside Ads Manager. An account can hold up to 250 rules. Actions include turning off campaigns, ad sets or ads, and adjusting budgets or bids. It covers Meta only, with no cross-platform view.

## Marxx

We make Marxx, so weigh this. It is not a rules engine, so it does not replace Birch. It reads your Meta ad account, splits fatigue into fatiguing now and within 7 days, audits the account, and sends alerts and digests. People use it to decide what to act on. See [creative intelligence](/features/creative-intelligence).

## How to choose

1. List the platforms you need rules on. Meta only? The free rules may be enough.
2. Price it at your real ad spend, not the lowest tier.
3. Start a trial and build one real rule. See how long it takes.
4. Keep a human check on pauses. [How to fix ad fatigue](/guides/how-to-fix-ad-fatigue) shows what to look at first.
