The main Smartly alternatives are Skai for large enterprise budgets, Madgicx for Meta automation, Birch for rules across ad platforms, AdEspresso for Meta split tests, and Optmyzr for Google-first teams. Smartly lists no price and sells through a demo (checked 2026-10-20).

## Why teams look for an alternative

Smartly calls itself an AI advertising platform. It has three products: Creative, which builds and scales creative across platforms, Media, which launches and updates campaigns, and Intelligence, which shows results in one view.

Teams look elsewhere when they want a public price, a self-serve trial, or a smaller tool for one platform.

Say you spend $10,000 a month on ads. Birch Pro at $99 a month is about 1% of that spend. Now say you spend $4 million a year. Skai Standard at $114,000 a year is 2.85% of that. Pick a tool whose price and spend limits match your budget.

## Quick comparison

| Tool | Best for | Starting price |

| Birch (Revealbot) | Rules across Meta, Google, Snapchat, TikTok | Pro $99/month at up to $10K spend |

| Optmyzr | PPC, with a rule engine | From $209/month, billed yearly |

Prices read on each company's own site on 20 October 2026, in dollars.

## Skai

Calls itself an agent-native omnichannel marketing platform covering 300+ channels. Its pricing page lists tiers by yearly ad spend: Standard at $114,000 a year for up to $4M, Advanced at $276,000 for up to $10M, Enterprise at $504,000 for up to $20M, and Enterprise Premier at $756,000 for up to $35M. Above that, pricing is custom.

## Madgicx

Pro Complete with AI starts at $45 a month on monthly billing, or $32 billed yearly. The price depends on your ad spend. It lists automation, targeting, analytics and ad management, with a 7-day free trial. See [Madgicx vs Revealbot](/compare/madgicx-vs-revealbot).

## Birch (Revealbot)

Revealbot is now Birch. Essential is $49 a month and Pro is $99 a month at up to $10,000 of monthly ad spend. Annual billing brings them to $45 and $91. Pro adds automated rules and strategies. The price follows your spend across connected accounts. It has a 14-day free trial. See [Revealbot alternatives](/alternatives/revealbot-alternatives).

## AdEspresso

Starter is $49 a month with a $1,000 monthly spend limit. Plus is $99 a month with unlimited spend, up to 15 seats and white-label reports. Enterprise starts at $259 a month. All plans list Facebook and Instagram, and a 14-day trial. See [AdEspresso alternatives](/alternatives/adespresso-alternatives).

## Optmyzr

A PPC toolkit. Essentials is $209 a month billed yearly, or $299 billed monthly, for up to $25,000 of monthly ad spend, and the price rises with spend. It lists a rule engine and social tools for Meta and LinkedIn ads. It offers a trial with no card. Good if Google Ads is your main channel.

## Marxx

We make Marxx, so weigh this. It reads your connected Meta ad account in full, with creative tagged by hook, angle, format and offer, and runs an account audit with alerts and digests. Its production canvas publishes to Meta. Client workspaces come with unlimited seats. See [client workspaces](/features/client-workspaces).

## How to choose

1. List the platforms you run. One platform may need only a small tool.
2. Price each tool at your real spend, not its lowest tier.
3. Build one real rule or report in a trial.
4. Read [the best Facebook ads automation tools](/best/best-facebook-ads-automation-tools) for a wider list.
