## Research

**Foreplay Agency** includes Spyder tracking of 50+ brands and Lens reports for 10+ brands. **Atria Business** includes unlimited ad accounts and an MCP server for Claude and ChatGPT. For a longer comparison, see the [best ad spy tools for agencies](/best/best-ad-spy-tools-for-agencies).

## Reports

**AgencyAnalytics** prices by client. Above 25 clients it quotes volume pricing. **Databox** Agency lists 20 data sources, with 5 more per account pack at $20 to $25 a month. **Supermetrics** moves data into Data Studio, Sheets, Excel, Power BI, Claude or ChatGPT. See the [best ad reporting tools](/best/best-ad-reporting-tools).

## PPC

**Optmyzr** lists Google, Microsoft, Amazon, Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok ads. Its Sidekick answers account questions in plain language, and the site says no changes happen without your approval.

## Creative production

**Creatify** Business gives 10 seats and 10 brand spaces. **HeyGen** Business lists videos up to 60 minutes and translation in 175+ languages. **Adobe Firefly** team plans list 4,000 credits per licence on Pro.

## Agent connectors

Meta's ads MCP server is in open beta. Meta says work staged by agents lands as a draft in Ads Manager, and every action needs advertiser-set permissions and explicit approval before anything goes live. See the [best AI agents for advertising](/best/best-ai-agents-for-advertising).

## A worked example

Say your team has 12 people and 12 clients. Foreplay Agency at the yearly rate is $389 and covers 10 users. Two more users cost $20 each, so $429. AgencyAnalytics for 12 clients is 12 x $20 = $240. Together that is $669 a month before creative tools. Now say you have 18 people and pick Atria Business instead. Its 15 seats are covered, and three more cost $20 each, so $959 + $60 = $1,019 a month, billed yearly.

## Questions to ask each vendor

1. How does it price seats and clients?
2. Can one client's data stay apart from another's?
3. Is client data used to train models?
4. Who approves changes to live budgets?

Tools gather and draft. A [creative strategist](/glossary/creative-strategist) still decides what to make.

We make Marxx. Its [client workspaces](/features/client-workspaces) keep each client's data apart, are priced per workspace and have unlimited seats. It also offers a creative strategist and full performance agency service, run remotely across India. See [what agencies get](/for/agencies).

## FAQ

### What AI tools do agencies need first?

Research and reporting. They save the most hours and carry the least risk because they read data and do not change it.

### Do agencies pay per seat or per client?

It differs. Foreplay adds $20 per user after 10, AgencyAnalytics charges $20 per client, and Databox Agency lists unlimited users.

### Should agencies let AI change live budgets?

Not without approvals. Choose tools that ask before they change spend and keep a log.
