## The agencies

**AdStation Global.** The site calls it a performance marketing agency in Gurugram. Services listed include Google Ads, Meta, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads and Bing Ads. It says it is a Google Premier Partner and a Meta Business Partner, and that it takes clients by invitation.

**Growthify Media.** Describes data-driven performance advertising for coaches and ecommerce brands. Its site says it manages Meta Ads, and it lists copywriting, design and video editing too.

**Performics India.** Calls itself India's largest performance marketing agency. Its Gurgaon office is in Udyog Vihar Phase IV. It also lists Mumbai and Bangalore offices.

**Prohed.** Its homepage title reads "A Performance Marketing Agency in Gurugram". It groups its solutions by business type, such as ecommerce, app installs and lead generation, and offers ad account audits.

**Social Beat.** Lists a Gurugram office in Udyog Vihar, plus Mumbai, Bengaluru and Chennai. It says it is a Premier Google Partner and Meta Business Partner with 300+ experts.

**Sokrati.** Calls itself a performance marketing and digital media agency. Its contact page lists addresses in Gurugram and Pune.

## How to choose

Ask the agency to name the break-even [ROAS](/glossary/roas) for your product before it spends a rupee. Say your margin after product cost and shipping is 35%. Your break-even ROAS is 1 / 0.35, about 2.86. An agency spends INR 8,00,000 and reports a ROAS of 3.2. Revenue is 3.2 x INR 8,00,000 = INR 25,60,000. At 35% margin that leaves INR 8,96,000, so INR 96,000 after the ad spend and before the agency fee. At a ROAS of 2.5 you would lose money. Yes, it is the same city. Gurugram is the newer name, and many sites still say Gurgaon. We use both.

### Do I need an agency close to my office?

Ads run online, so closeness matters mostly for meetings. Ask where your account manager and media buyer sit.

### What should a first month look like?

An account audit, a tracking check, a test plan and a weekly report. Agree the numbers you will judge it on.
