Zapier has a ready-made Facebook Lead Ads to Slack pairing, Make gives a bigger free allowance, and Pabbly Connect does not count the trigger as a task. If you run ads for several clients and want each client's leads in its own channel, with a button to claim them, look at a native integration built into your lead tool.

## Quick comparison

| Tool | How fast | Free plan | Starting paid price |
|---|---|---|---|
| Zapier | Checks every 15 min on Free, 2 min on Professional, 1 min on Team | 100 tasks a month, two-step Zaps | $19.99/month billed yearly, $29.99 monthly |
| Make | Time a test lead | 1,000 credits a month | Not displayed on the day. See make.com/en/pricing |
| Pabbly Connect | Time a test lead | 100 tasks a month | Standard shown at INR 1,138/month for 10,000 tasks |
| IFTTT | Checks hourly on Free, every 15 min on Starter, every 5 min on Pro | 1,000 credits | Starter $2.09/month ($25.08 a year) |
| n8n | Depends on how you set it up | Self-hosted Community Edition | Cloud Starter EUR 20/month billed yearly |
| LeadsBridge | Time a test lead | 50 leads a month, but Facebook Lead Ads is not in Free | Starter price not displayed on the day |
| Marxx | Posts within moments of the lead arriving | Priced per workspace | See [Marxx pricing](/pricing) |

All prices from each company's own pricing page (checked 6 Nov 2026).

"How fast" matters because every minute a lead waits is a minute a rival can call first. Read [speed to lead](/glossary/speed-to-lead) for why.

## Zapier

Zapier has a ready-made pairing: the Facebook Lead Ads trigger "New Lead" and the Slack action "Send Channel Message". You pick which form fields go into the message. Its pricing page does not say whether the Facebook trigger is instant, so test it with a real form before you rely on the timing. Free gives 100 tasks a month. Professional is $19.99 a month billed yearly for 750 tasks (checked 6 Nov 2026).

## Make

Make has a Facebook Lead Ads app with "New Lead" and "Watch Leads" triggers, and a Slack app. It bills in credits, and the free plan gives 1,000 a month. Plan prices did not display when we checked, so confirm them at make.com/en/pricing.

## Pabbly Connect

Pabbly Connect counts only action steps as tasks. Its page says "Trigger application will not be counted in task". That makes the maths simple: one lead posted to Slack is one task. Prices are in rupees, and the page mixes billing periods, so confirm the final price at checkout (checked 6 Nov 2026).

## IFTTT

IFTTT is the cheapest paid option here. Its Facebook Lead Ads "New lead" trigger checks for new leads on a timer: every hour on Free, every 15 minutes on Starter and every 5 minutes on Pro and Pro+. An hour is long for a hot lead, so the free plan suits low-volume tests.

## n8n

n8n gives you a free Community Edition to run on your own server, or a hosted cloud plan from EUR 20 a month billed yearly (checked 6 Nov 2026). Self-hosting suits a team with someone technical who can keep the server running.

## LeadsBridge

LeadsBridge is built around syncing leads into other tools. Its Free plan does not include Facebook Lead Ads. The Starter plan does, and covers 800 to 2,000 leads a month with a 14-day trial, but its price did not display. Its pricing page does not confirm Slack, so ask before you buy.

## Marxx

We make Marxx. It posts each new Meta lead form lead in that client's own Slack channel within moments. Contact details stay hidden unless you switch them on. **Mark contacted** and **Add note** update the lead in Marxx. See [Marxx in Slack](/features/slack).

## How to choose

1. **Count your leads.** Under 100 a month, a free plan may do. Above that, compare cost per lead.
2. **Decide how fast is fast enough.** An hourly check is fine for a test, not for a sales team.
3. **Decide who sees phone numbers.** Everyone in a Slack channel sees what you post.
4. **Count clients.** One account is easy anywhere. Ten clients means ten flows to build and watch, or one tool that keeps them apart.
5. **Test with a fake lead.** Use the [Facebook Lead Ads Testing Tool](/guides/how-to-use-the-facebook-lead-ads-testing-tool) and time how long the message takes.

For a step-by-step setup, follow [how to get Facebook lead notifications in Slack](/guides/how-to-get-facebook-lead-notifications-in-slack).

## FAQ

### Can I send Facebook leads to Slack for free?

Yes, within limits. Zapier's Free plan gives 100 tasks a month, Make gives 1,000 credits and IFTTT's Free plan checks for new leads once an hour (checked 6 Nov 2026).

### Which tool sends leads to Slack the fastest?

Zapier's page does not say whether its Facebook trigger is instant, and IFTTT's is a polling trigger. Zapier lists 1-minute checks on Team and IFTTT lists 5-minute checks on Pro, so test with a real form before you choose.

### Should I post phone numbers in Slack?

Only if everyone in the channel should see them. A safer habit is to post the form, ad and time, and keep contact details in the tool where the lead lives.
