Client review slows many edits. Kapwing lists collaborative editing and shared feedback. VEED lists timestamped team feedback. Descript lets you share a link and comment. Canva Business adds approvals. Pick the tool where your client can leave notes in one place.

## A worked example

Say you have 4 editors. Kapwing Pro at $16 x 4 = $64 a month billed yearly, or $768 a year. VEED Pro at Rs 937 x 4 = Rs 3,748 a month billed yearly. Per-seat pricing grows with every editor you add, so count seats first.

## How to choose

1. Count editors, reviewers and clients who need access.
2. Check brand kits per client, not per account.
3. Check export: can a client's own editor open the timeline?
4. Run one real client ad through the trial.
5. Ask each vendor for the price per seat at your team size.

We make Marxx. Projects belong to a client workspace, where the owner edits and the team can open them read-only with presence. Master adds brand themes and templates saved per client. See [Marxx for agencies](/for/agencies).
