## Template editors

Canva's Magic Video makes 60-second vertical videos from your clips. Brand Kit videos are on Pro. FlexClip lists 6,000+ templates and an AI Video Resizer with presets that include 4:5. Its free plan adds a watermark and exports 720p. Clipchamp lists templates for Reels, Shorts and TikTok, and background removal.

## Finer control

PowerDirector 365 lists AI background removal with no green screen. DaVinci Resolve's free version handles colour and titles, and Studio adds Magic Mask. In India Studio is Rs 25,980 on sale until 20 Nov 2026 (list Rs 31,980, excluding GST; checked 3 Nov 2026). Both take longer to learn than a template editor.

## Product videos from a link

Creatify lists URL-to-video ads and product videos. It is an ad generator, not a timeline editor. Its Free plan adds a watermark and allows up to 2 video ads.

CapCut also offers templates. It is not officially available in India: it is not on the Indian App Store, and its pricing page shows no plans to visitors from India (checked 3 Nov 2026).

## Export sizes

| Placement | Ratio | Meta's recommended size |
|---|---|---|
| Facebook Feed | 4:5 | 1440 x 1800 |
| Reels and Stories | 9:16 | 1440 x 2560 |

Shoot wide and leave space around the product. That lets you crop one shoot to both ratios.

## A worked example

Say you have 25 products and want one video each. FlexClip Plus is $11.99 a month when paid yearly. That is $0.48 a video (11.99 / 25) if you make all 25 in one month. Reuse one template and change only the clip, price and text.

## How to choose

1. Shoot on a plain background, in 9:16 and in 4:5 if you can.
2. Pick the editor with templates for your channel.
3. Check the plan lets you remove the background.
4. Add captions and a clear offer in the first 3 seconds.

We make Marxx. Its [AI video editor](/features/ai-video-editor) has a Generate tab that lists animating a still, upscaling and removing backgrounds. Upscale and background removal are on Match and up. It also reframes for a placement.
