AdPlexity sells a separate plan for each traffic type: Social for Facebook and Instagram, then Native, Push, Desktop, Mobile and Adult. AdSpy sells one plan for Facebook and Instagram ads. If you only advertise on Meta, both fit, and AdPlexity Social lists the lower price. If you buy native or push traffic too, AdSpy does not cover it.

## Side by side

|---|---|---|
| Meta ads | Social: Facebook and Instagram, 100M+ creatives | Facebook and Instagram, 212,937,000+ ads |
| Other traffic | Native, Push, Desktop, Mobile and Adult, each a separate plan | None |
| Meta plan price | Social $99 a month, or $79 a month billed yearly | $149 a month |
| Other prices | Native $249, Push $149, Desktop $199, Mobile $199 a month | Not applicable |

| Features per plan | Same on every plan: no tiers, no locked features | One plan, "virtually unlimited usage" |

From each company's own site, checked 2026-10-20, in dollars. AdSpy calls its $149 an introductory offer. The ad counts are each company's claim.

## What AdSpy does well

## A worked example

Say you only advertise on Meta.

- AdPlexity Social, billed monthly: $99. That is $50 less than AdSpy's $149 each month, or 12 x $50 = $600 a year.
- AdPlexity Social, billed yearly: $79 a month, or 12 x $79 = $948 a year. AdSpy at $149 a month is 12 x $149 = $1,788. The gap is $840.

Now say you also buy native traffic. You add AdPlexity Native at $249 a month. The two together are $99 + $249 = $348 a month on monthly billing. AdSpy cannot do the native half, so you would need another tool on top of its $149.

Prices stack on AdPlexity, since each traffic type is its own plan. Price out only the types you buy.

## Who should pick which

- **Affiliate or performance buyer on native, push or display:** AdPlexity.
- **Meta-only buyer who wants deep search of comments and offers:** AdSpy.
- **Buyer who wants a free trial first:** neither lists one. Ask AdPlexity for a demo, or try [the best free ad spy tools](/best/best-free-ad-spy-tools).

## Where Marxx fits

Marxx tracks competitor ads on Meta and Google, and has an AI search over 100M+ ads back to 2022. It does not cover native or push networks, so keep an AdPlexity-type tool if you buy that traffic. See [competitor tracking](/features/competitor-tracking). We make Marxx, so weigh that.

## FAQ

### Is AdPlexity better than AdSpy?

For Meta ads alone, they are close: pick by price and search filters. AdPlexity is the wider tool if you buy native, push or display traffic.

### Does AdPlexity have a free trial?

No. Its pricing page says it offers no free trials and sends you to a demo (checked 2026-10-20).
