Northbeam is multi-touch attribution with starting prices on its site: $1,500 for Starter and $3,500 a month for Professional. Hyros sells one custom plan and quotes the price on a 15-minute call. Pick Northbeam if you want a number to plan around. Pick Hyros if booked calls or courses are part of how you sell, as its site names them.

## Side by side

| | Northbeam | Hyros |
|---|---|---|
| Main job | Multi-touch attribution from first-party data | Ad tracking and attribution |
| Listed price | Starter $1,500; Professional $3,500 a month; Growth and Enterprise custom | Not listed. One plan, "Custom" |
| What sets the price | Pageviews, per its FAQ | The revenue it tracks for you, per its site |
| Terms | Starter month to month. Professional and Enterprise on annual terms | Not stated. Offers a guarantee that you do not pay if your ads do not grow |
| Business types it names | Early-stage Shopify brands, in its Starter FAQ | Ecommerce, SaaS, info education (courses, coaching, webinars) and B2B calls |
| Beyond attribution | MMM+ (Enterprise) and incrementality (Professional, Enterprise) as optional add-ons; MCP access | Sends missed sales back to Meta and Google; a Claude MCP connection |

Everything above comes from each company's own site, checked 2026-10-20. Northbeam's Starter figure carries no unit on the page. Its FAQ speaks of a monthly price that "starts at" the listed rate, so read $1,500 as a monthly starting price and confirm it. The page also lists ad credits from its ad platform partners on each tier, from $50,000 on Growth to $200,000 on Enterprise, and "Contact us for a quote" on each plan. Read both pages before you budget.

## The three differences that matter

**1. You can see Northbeam's price. You cannot see Hyros's.** Say you pick Professional. That is 12 x $3,500 = $42,000 a year. For Hyros, you book the setup call and get the number there, before you commit.

**2. What counts as a sale.** Northbeam describes its core as multi-touch attribution. Hyros names booked calls and closed deals as a separate category. If your sale closes on a phone call, ask each vendor to show how it tracks the call back to the ad.

**3. What else you can add.** Northbeam sells media mix modeling (MMM+) and incrementality as optional add-ons. See [MMM vs MTA](/compare/mmm-vs-mta) for what these answer. Hyros pitches AI access through MCP, so you can ask questions about your ad data inside Claude.

## What both share

Both build their own numbers from their own tracking. Northbeam says its figures may not line up with Meta Ads Manager, and Hyros shows its own counts next to Meta's. That is why they will not match Meta's own reports. See [why GA4 and Meta Ads Manager numbers differ](/compare/ga4-vs-meta-ads-manager-numbers) first, so you know what gap to expect before paying.

## How to choose

- **Ecommerce brand with steady monthly spend:** get a Northbeam quote and ask for the Starter terms.
- **Coaching, info products or sales calls:** start with Hyros's setup call.
- **Neither price fits:** read [Northbeam alternatives](/alternatives/northbeam-alternatives) and [Hyros alternatives](/alternatives/hyros-alternatives), or compare [Triple Whale vs Hyros](/compare/triple-whale-vs-hyros).

## FAQ

### Is Hyros cheaper than Northbeam?

You cannot tell from public pages, because Hyros lists no price. Ask both for a quote based on your own revenue and pageviews, and compare the same terms.

### Does Northbeam offer a free trial?

Its pricing page lists none (checked 2026-10-20). It points you to a quote or a demo instead.

### Do I need an attribution tool at all?

Not always. A small store can start with platform numbers and [MER](/compare/roas-vs-mer). Add a paid tool when your channels and budget make those numbers hard to trust.
