Triple Whale has a free plan, and its paid plans are priced by your yearly sales. Hyros lists no free plan and quotes one custom price on a 15-minute call. Pick Triple Whale if you run an online store and want a dashboard you can try for free. Pick Hyros if you also sell through courses, SaaS trials or booked calls.

## Side by side

| | Triple Whale | Hyros |
|---|---|---|
| Free plan | Yes: Triple Pixel tracking, first and last click | None listed |
| Paid plans | Foundation, Automate, Enterprise | One plan, "Custom" |
| What sets the price | Your brand's annual GMV (total order value) and the plan | The revenue it tracks for you |
| Price shown | Plans carry no dollar figure in the page text; Foundation and Automate say "Book a walkthrough", Enterprise says "Contact sales" | Not listed. Quoted on a setup call |
| Terms | 12-month subscription, billed monthly or yearly (yearly gives two months free) | Not stated. Offers a guarantee that you do not pay if your ads do not grow |
| Users | 10 on Free; unlimited on paid plans | Not stated |
| Tiers | Free, Foundation, Automate, Enterprise | "No tiers, no add-ons": one plan with everything |
| Business types it names | Ecommerce | Ecommerce, SaaS, info education and B2B calls |
| AI | Moby, its AI operator | A Claude MCP connection |

From each company's own site, checked 2026-10-20. Triple Whale's FAQ points to a pricing slider, but the page we read showed no dollar figure, so ask for a quote.

## The three differences that matter

**1. How you start.** Triple Whale lets you start on the Free plan with no commitment. Hyros asks you to book a call first. Its price depends on what it tracks for you.

**2. What it measures.** Triple Whale describes itself as an AI operating system for ecommerce. Foundation adds multi-touch attribution, Automate adds actions on paid media, and Enterprise adds incrementality and media mix modeling in one place. Hyros lists calls and closed deals as their own category.

**3. The price shape.** Triple Whale's price grows with your GMV. Hyros's grows with tracked revenue. Say your store sells INR 5,00,00,000 a year. Ask each vendor what that revenue band costs, in writing. And ask what happens to the price when revenue doubles. Triple Whale's FAQ says you move to a higher tier as you grow.

## What both share

Both measure sales with their own tracking, so neither will match Meta's own reports. See [why GA4 and Meta Ads Manager numbers differ](/compare/ga4-vs-meta-ads-manager-numbers). For a neutral cross-check, look at MER, which divides total revenue by total ad spend.

## Who should pick which

- **A store that wants to start free:** Triple Whale.
- **A coach, course seller or call-based business:** Hyros.
- **A team that wants a price list before talking to sales:** neither gives one, so see [Northbeam vs Hyros](/compare/northbeam-vs-hyros) and [Triple Whale vs Northbeam](/compare/triple-whale-vs-northbeam).

## Where Marxx fits

Marxx is not an attribution tool. It reads your connected Meta ad account in full, with creative tagged by hook, angle, format and offer, and it splits fatigue into fatiguing now and within 7 days. Use it next to an attribution tool when your question is which hooks, angles and formats you have run. See [Marxx vs Triple Whale](/compare/triple-whale). We make Marxx, so weigh that.
