# Audience personas built from what your buyers actually wrote.

Not a survey and not a guess. Marxx mines the comments under your ads and your competitors' ads, plus app store, Google and review-site feedback and the subreddits your category lives in, then clusters them into named segments with their pain points, requests, questions and praise, each backed by the verbatim comment.

**Sourced, not invented.** Every persona is mined from connected feedback sources, and every line in it can be traced back to the comment a real person wrote.

**Four kinds of signal.** Pain points, feature requests, frequently asked questions and praise are separated, because each one does a different job in an ad.

**Straight into the script.** Verbatim quotes are the raw material for hooks and objection handling, and they open on the production canvas without being retyped.

## Questions

### Where do the personas come from?

From text real buyers wrote. Marxx mines the feedback sources connected to your workspace: comments under your ads and your competitors' ads, app store and Google Play reviews, Google and review-site feedback, the subreddits your category lives in, and your own website. The clustering groups that language into named segments. Nothing in a persona is invented by a model from a demographic description.

### What is inside a persona?

Each persona carries its distinct pain points, feature requests, frequently asked questions and praise, and every one of those is backed by the verbatim comments it was drawn from. The four categories are kept apart because they do different work: a pain point is a hook, an FAQ is a landing page section, and a praise line is social proof you are allowed to quote.

### How is this different from a persona template?

A template persona gives you an age, a job title and a stock photo, none of which changes a script. Marxx gives you the language, grouped by what it does, with the source attached. The output is lines you can say in an ad rather than a profile someone has to interpret.

### What is voice of customer, and why does it matter for ads?

Voice of customer is the exact wording buyers use about the problem, the product and the alternatives. It matters because a hook written in the buyer's words tends to outperform one written in the brand's words, and because the objections that keep appearing in comments are the ones a landing page has to answer before the ad can convert.

### Can I read the original comments?

Yes. Every persona and every line inside it drills down to the verbatim source comments, so a claim in a brief can be checked against what someone actually wrote. That is what makes a persona usable in a review with a client who wants to know where a line came from.

### Can I see personas for a competitor's audience?

Yes. Because the source is public comment and review text, the same clustering runs on a competitor's ads and listings, which shows you which objection they are absorbing and which praise moment they own before you decide whether to fight for it.

### How do personas connect to the creative?

Each persona carries the objections and phrases behind it, and any of them can open on the production canvas as a script or a variant set. A hook can therefore be traced back to the comment it came from, which is the part a review call usually cannot answer.

### How often are personas refreshed?

Persona generation is a run you trigger, and it fetches from the connected sources each time, so a refresh reflects the current conversation rather than a research sprint from two quarters ago. A campaign that changes what people say about you shows up in the next run.

### What is brand knowledge?

Brand knowledge is the persistent record of your product, positioning, claims and constraints inside the workspace. Personas sit alongside it, so generated scripts speak in your buyers' language while staying inside what your brand is allowed to say. Both are available to the production canvas and to an assistant connected over MCP.

### Does the analysis handle languages other than English?

Comment mining is not restricted to English, and the canvas can transform a finished script into another language, so a persona surfaced from one market can be produced against in another without rewriting the concept from scratch.
