Google Ads is adding an **All conversions** page under Goals, reported live in many accounts on **28 October 2026**. It lists every conversion action with its key settings in one table, so checking your tracking takes one click instead of two.

## What we know

[PPC News Feed](https://ppcnewsfeed.com/ppc-news/2026-10/google-ads-introduces-all-conversions-submenu/) reported the new page on 27 October, and [Search Engine Roundtable](https://www.seroundtable.com/google-ads-all-conversions-tab-live-42395.html) followed on 28 October. Google has not announced it, so treat the details as reported, not confirmed.

| | Before | Now |
|---|---|---|
| Where | Goals, Conversions, Summary, then "View all conversion actions" | Goals, Conversions, All conversions |
| Layout | Actions grouped by category | One table of every action |
| Who has it | Every account | Many accounts, not all yet |

The reported columns are:

- whether the action counts in account-level goals;
- its click-through window, the days after a click in which a sale still counts;
- primary or secondary status (primary actions steer bidding);
- repeat rate and "last seen", the last time the action fired.

## What it means for your ad account

- Nothing about how Google counts or bids changes. Only the screen moves.
- The table makes a monthly tracking check fast. A primary action that has not fired for weeks shows up at a glance.
- Your bids follow primary actions only. One wrong primary action can push Smart Bidding toward cheap, useless conversions.

## What to do this week

1. **Open Goals, Conversions, All conversions.** If you do not see it yet, use "View all conversion actions" on the Summary page.
2. **Sort by "last seen"** and look for actions that stopped firing.
3. **Check that only real sales or leads are primary.** Make page views and add-to-carts secondary.
4. **Note each click-through window** in your [weekly ad report](/guides/how-to-build-a-weekly-ad-report), so numbers match across tools.
5. **Read why GA4 and ad platforms disagree** in [GA4 vs Meta Ads Manager numbers](/compare/ga4-vs-meta-ads-manager-numbers), and plan for Meta's [on-device conversion change on 12 November](/news/meta-pixel-on-device-conversions-november-12).

## FAQ

### Has Google confirmed the All conversions page?

No. It was spotted by advertisers and reported by trade sites. Google has made no public statement.

### Does this change my conversion numbers?

No. It is a new view of the same conversion actions and settings.

### Why can't I see it?

The rollout is partial. Your account may get it later.
