## How Pabbly counts tasks

Pabbly counts only action steps as tasks. Its page says "Trigger application will not be counted in task". The trigger is the event that starts a workflow, such as a new Facebook lead. The actions are what happens next, such as posting to Slack.

So a workflow of "new lead, post to Slack" uses one task per lead. Add a Google Sheets row and it uses two.

## What the free plan includes

Free gives 100 tasks a month at INR 0. With a one-action workflow, that covers 100 leads a month. It is enough to set up and test your lead alerts before paying.

## A worked example

Should you buy a lifetime plan or pay monthly? Suppose you stay on Standard at the INR 1,138 a month shown.

1. Lifetime price: INR 32,799.
2. Months of Standard that buys: INR 32,799 / INR 1,138 = about 28.8 months.
3. So lifetime pays off only if you would otherwise stay on Standard for more than about 2 years and 5 months.

If you would pay the struck price of INR 1,799 a month instead, the break-even falls to about 18 months (INR 32,799 / INR 1,799). Check what the lifetime plan includes before you compare.

## Which plan suits which team
